You must work under amiga environment, you must have a CD32 toolkit, to get one of the 2 .TM official files, required for the CD32 to accept the CD. You will also get the ISOCD official program, that is really small, easy, and work under WinUAE on PC. Or u can use any amiga burning program, that can make a cd32 bootable, but a friend of mine couldn't use any one of these. So u should use ISOCD, it will give you an file that you can name .ISO, so it will burned easily on PC using Easy CD creator.
You also require to use a tool at start to remove the CD32 turning animation. There is such tools available on CD32 disks, the thing make only a open/close to the graphic library.
It's also a good idea to launch the last setpatch at boot, to correct one little bug of the console, but if you were using the CDTV.TM, to use the CDTV emulation of the console and was removing AGA, for example, using setpacth will turn on the full capacities of the console... just like the CD32.TM

2Xspeed, doublespeed, etc... this tool turn on the CDrom 2X speed, but one of these crashes under amiga.
JoyMouse this tool simulate a mouse with your pad, or even a 2 buttons megadrive pad, this work so well than some commercial games actually use it. The last version got the ACCEL option. Beware this can be annoying with some games like Bubble&Squeak, or tools like CDplayer
ISOCD small and easy, will make you a ISOfile for CD32 to burn
CDplayer a great cdda player not very bug free and pretty, but works with the pad, and got more options than the native player
noreset a cool command to stop the boot when you open the console
OKE a cool keyboard emulator for workbench, but it dont work with everything... and is not bug free, anyway, it can help

.BIN files are .ISO files but with less info inside.
Those .BIN files are created by CDRwin, along with a .CUE file, that is a simple text file with the missing infos inside (and the file path, you often need to change manually...).
Each CDBurning program use a different file format for those cdrom image files, but since .ISO and .BIN files are almost easy, you can use them in another program. EasyCdCreator are using .ISO files, but Nero can burn .BIN files if you give him some more infos that you will find inside the .CUE file...

You will find the toolkit, along with the CDXL toolkit on the amiga developper CDs, the old and the pretty recent. You can buy them legally to the amiga shops, they are a lot online...
